Returns and exchanges are accepted on all UZO products within 14 days. The 14 day refund and exchange period (including for faulty items) begins from the day your order is delivered at your assigned address.
For a product to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must never have been washed, and must be returned in its original condition. Everything included in the packaging must also be returned (including stickers & business card). Failure to do so means you will not receive a refund, and the item will be shipped back to your address, at your expense.
For return and exchange products, shipping costs are STRICTLY on the consumer and will not be covered by My UZO Clothing. To exchange a product, it is the consumer's responsibility to cover the return of the original item, and cover the additional shipping costs ($10 AUD for tees & shorts, $15 AUD for hoodies) for the new exchanged item to their assigned address. Please choose your sizing and product very carefully. Customers residing in Melbourne are able to organise a refund or exchange in person at Casey Central Shopping Centre, Narre Warren South, VIC, 3805, Australia.
In the case where a refund is issued, My UZO Clothing will NOT refund shipping costs. You will only be refunded with the full amount you paid for the item. In the case your item is faulty, a replacement product will be sent to your assigned address once My UZO Clothing receives the faulty product.
Whether an item is faulty or not will be approved by our team, and no refund or exchange is guaranteed. Our team looks closely at each garment before sending it out, and we are confident that all the garments we ship out are of of very high quality. For alleged faulty items, you must send photographic evidence, and we will respond accordingly.
If the item is received to us back in poor condition, My UZO Clothing will send back the item to the customer's assigned address, at the customer's expense, and no refund or exchange will be allowed.
You MUST NOTIFY US before starting a return by filling in the contact form on the website, requesting a return. Returns that have been sent without approval from our team, will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the customer's assigned address, at the customer's expense.
When shipping the product back to us, you must provide a tracking number or receipt to prove the item has been shipped out within the first 14 days since you receivied the product.
Shipping is currently ONLY available within Australia & New Zealand. All orders will be tracked and shipped out from Melbourne, Australia. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order before it is shipped.
Orders sent via standard post should take about 7-12 business days, and orders sent via express post should take about 2-3 business days, depending on your location. Please add a few extra days for international orders. These dates are just a guide, and your order could take longer to arrive; they are rough estimates provided to us by Australia Post. My UZO Clothing is NOT responsible for delayed delivery.
Please ensure your address is 100% correct before payment is made. My UZO Clothing is NOT responsible for customer's providing an incorrect address. If your items arrive back to us for whatever reason, you will be charged again for shipping the items back to you.
Orders under $100.00 AUD will cost $15.00 AUD for standard shipping or $25.00 AUD for express shipping, which you can select at checkout.
Orders more than $100.00 AUD but less than $200.00 AUD will come with free standard shipping nationwide. Orders more than $200.00 AUD will come with free express shipping.
